In short: cancellations are considered only if requested within 7 days of the subscription purchase, and may not be accepted if the service has already been activated or used. Subscription fees, one-time setup fees and other charges for digital services are non-refundable once the service is activated; refunds may be considered only for technical issues that prevent use of the platform and remain unresolved despite multiple support attempts.
