Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your account and data in the Android apps listed below. DigitalSME (digitalsme.biz) is owned and operated by E YantraTech Technologies Private Limited.

- DSME HR & Payroll (biz.digitalsme.payroll)
- DSME Kiosk (biz.digitalsme.payroll.kiosk)
- DSME Invoice - AI enabled (biz.digitalsme.invoice)

How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request.
- Tell us the app name (for example, “DSME HR & Payroll”) and the mobile number or email address registered on the account.
- We reply to that same address to confirm the request, so nobody else can have your account deleted.
- Your account and the data listed below are deleted within 30 days of that confirmation.
You can also raise the request from inside the app: menu → Support.
What Is Deleted and What Is Kept

| Attendance, timesheets, leave, and the locations recorded with them | Deleted |
| Photographs you uploaded: receipts, bills, documents | Deleted |
| Face-recognition data used by DSME Kiosk | Deleted |
| Invoices, credit and debit notes, payments, GST filings | Kept for 8 years, because tax law requires the business to retain accounting records |
| Backups | Overwritten within 90 days |
If Your Employer Holds the Account
For DSME HR & Payroll and DSME Kiosk, your account is usually created by your employer, who owns that workspace. We delete your personal account on request. Records your employer must keep by law, such as payroll and attendance history, stay with your employer: contact them about those.
